David John Redmond Mauer was inside of a home on the 18500 block of Corby Street in Triangle, making inappropriate gestures, county police said.
Mauer was seen by multiple children under the age of 13 who were playing in the area around 9:40 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, police said.
No physical or verbal interaction occurred between the accused and the children. Following an investigation, Mauer was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent exposure.
